1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BskyPilot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our automation services, software, tools, and websites (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be barred from using the Services under applicable law. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Service Description

BskyPilot provides automation services designed to enhance and optimize your presence on the Bluesky social network. Our Services include automation tools for account growth, engagement management, content scheduling, analytics, and network optimization. These Services are provided through our web-based platform and associated tools.

We offer various subscription tiers, each providing different levels of functionality and access to our Services. The specific features, limitations, and pricing for each subscription tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Your account is personal to you and you may not share your account credentials with any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your account may pose a security risk.

4. Acceptable Use

Our Services must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use the Services in a manner that respects the rights of others and complies with Bluesky's terms of service. The use of our automation tools must not engage in or promote spam, harassment, hate speech, or any form of abuse.

When using our automation features, you must maintain reasonable limits and intervals between actions to ensure a natural and authentic presence on Bluesky. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit our Services or the Bluesky platform will result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Subscription Terms and Payment

Access to our Services requires a valid subscription plan. We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and capabilities. All fees are payable in advance and will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payment must be made using a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or expires, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services until valid payment information is provided. Price changes or modifications to subscription plans will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Data Rights and Privacy

We collect and process information about you and your use of the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you represent and warrant that all data you provide is accurate and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such data with us.

Your use of our Services grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, and providing our Services. You retain all rights in your content subject to the rights granted to us in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all associated software, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, text, and content, are owned by or licensed to BskyPilot and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for their intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services, and any outstanding payment obligations will become immediately due. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You understand that you use our Services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
